FAQs

IS THERE A LONG TERM COMMITMENT?

The commitment is 12 weeks. Thats the perfect amount of time to completely change your mindset, your body and how you feel.

WHERE SHOULD I START?

I will lay out everything for you step by step. We dont go too hard too soon. That wouldn't be beneficial. So dont worry if you are new to resistance training, everything is rolled out in phases.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE COMMUNITY?

We definitely encourage you to be an active member of the community! Theres so many women in there sharing motivating and aspiring stories. As well as recipes, hints and tips, and you will even get access to exclusive gifts and prizes. Joining details in your welcome pack.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR THESE PROGRAMS?

For 90% of the programme, you will need access to a gym. However, the programme is rolled out in phases, so if you are new to lifting, we can start with home workouts. Everything is tailored to you, and where you're at when we start.

DO YOU HAVE BODYWEIGHT ONLY WORKOUTS?

We do not specialize in bodyweight programs as we know that those kinds of programs do not provide the best results for our clients. To truly transform your body, you need progressive overload that can only come from using weights, and pushing progressively harder throughout the programme.
