The commitment is 12 weeks. Thats the perfect amount of time to completely change your mindset, your body and how you feel.
I will lay out everything for you step by step. We dont go too hard too soon. That wouldn't be beneficial. So dont worry if you are new to resistance training, everything is rolled out in phases.

For 90% of the programme, you will need access to a gym. However, the programme is rolled out in phases, so if you are new to lifting, we can start with home workouts. Everything is tailored to you, and where you're at when we start.
We do not specialize in bodyweight programs as we know that those kinds of programs do not provide the best results for our clients. To truly transform your body, you need progressive overload that can only come from using weights, and pushing progressively harder throughout the programme.
