Over 70% of our users follow the Full Body Aesthetics program exclusively. So we always recommend starting there! It is also the one program that is responsible for the most transformations, so you really can not go wrong!
For 90% of our programs, you will need a barbell, plates, squat rack, pull-up bar, and a bench. If we do ever program machines or cables there is always an alternative movement that you can swap it out for.
We do not specialize in bodyweight programs as we know that those kinds of programs do not provide the best results for our clients. To truly transform your body, you need progressive overload that can only come from using weights.
